Someone who crosses the city every day may assess an address differently from someone who works near home. That’s why we ask about your routine before organizing options or suggesting viewings. We also explain which details come from the listing and which still need confirmation.

We do not carry out structural inspections, provide legal advice or approve financing. A valuation based on listings also does not determine the price at which a property will sell.
